We want you to be fully satisfied with your Heelys, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure wheels and plugs are included in the box to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Heelys

  Place the shoes, wheels, and tool back into the original box and secure it inside a mailing bag to protect the packaging during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of receipt.
