How do I find the right size for my Heelys?
We recommend ordering your normal shoe size. However, if you are between sizes, we suggest going up to the next full size for a more comfortable fit. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page.
What is your shipping policy within the UK?
We offer standard and express shipping across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, while express delivery arrives within 1-2 working days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over £50.
How do I install or remove the wheels?
To install, simply clear any debris from the wheel well, insert the wheel, and press down firmly until it clicks. To remove, use the provided Heelys tool to lever the wheel out from the side.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that wheels and tools must be included. Visit our Returns Portal to start your request.
Are Heelys safe for beginners?
Yes! We recommend that all beginners wear protective gear, including a helmet, knee pads, and wrist guards. Start by practicing on smooth, flat surfaces and follow the instructions provided in the box.
